Within the world of EverQuest II, professions are designed to be the way that you can make a living or earn a lot of money or gold within the game.

Like in many other MMO games on the market, there have been up to 12 types of great professions so far in EQ 2 including Provisioner, Woodworker, Carpenter, Armorer, Weaponsmith, Tailor, Jeweler, Sage, Craftsman, Outfitter, Scholar and Alchemist.
