Necromancers are a class within the archetype of Mage. The Necromancer can summon pets to fight for them and use spells like Lich, DOT, Stun and Fear. Necromancers is arguably one of the best soloing classes.

Apart from some priest classes having massive damage spells, no other classes have as varied and numerous choices as these two summoner classes. Despite their main advantages, Necromancers also have a few drawbacks.

One of the major shortcomings is they too much depend on a pet, but this hybrid Warlocks is popular in a party as they have pets to help them. Wearing only very light armor, they use weapons like 2 handed staff, single duel wield dagger, single handed dagger or wand.
